HOW TO HELP
With the help of our local community and our providers, RHA is equipped to provide holistic, trauma-informed, and ethical care to vulnerable individuals. Explore how we support the refugees and migrants of Tijuana and Reynosa.

Providing medical care to vulnerable patients at the US-Mexico border, and offering in-person and telephonic support at over 30 shelters.
With funding from the Transgender Law Center, providing medical care, medical-legal services, and mental health services to the LGBTQIA+ community. We are also serving LGBTQIA+ migrants at 4 LGBTQ-centered shelters.
Mental Health Care
Providing trauma-informed mental health consults to patients at migrant shelters and our private consultation space and remote support through our mental health line
Prenatal and Midwifery Care
Supporting mothers and their newborn infants at one of our clinics Justicia en Salud. This program is run by midwife Ximena Rojas.
Accupuncture and Naturopathy
Partnered with Acupuncturists Without Borders and naturopaths in Mexico and the US, we are providing acupuncture and natural medicine to our patients in conjunction with medical services.
Partnering with local dentists to provide dental care at no cost to the patient. Through a referral system, patients are able to access emergency dental care and treatment.
Dignidad en Salud
Striving to meet needs that fall outside the domain of clinical care and removing barriers to health through addressing social determinants of health.
Working with local clinicians and the community to set advocacy objectives and engage in community-based participatory research.
